Return/Purchase Policy
Our Return Policy
At Nooks and Beyond, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-made furniture designed specifically for your needs. Given the nature of our products, please review the following policies carefully:
Returns for Manufacturing Defects
Customized Products: Due to the personalized nature of our items, customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Defect Reporting: Customers must inspect their products upon delivery. Any defects or damages must be reported via email to info@nooksandbeyond.com within 24 hours of receiving the item, accompanied by clear photographs of the issue.
Packaging Requirement: All returns for manufacturing defects must include the original packaging. Failure to retain the packaging may result in a deduction of 25% of the product value from the refund.
General Return Terms
Unassembled Items: Only unassembled items in their original condition, with all packaging materials intact, are eligible for return.
Return Authorization: A return authorization must be issued by Nooks and Beyond before any item is returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the item and will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Timeframes:
On average 3 weeks from day of order confirmation.
Delivery Charges:
Free delivery for orders above AED 1,000
AED 75 for orders below AED 1,000
Storage Policy
Storage Duration: We offer free storage for up to 30 days from the order date.
After 30 days, a 10% monthly storage fee will apply to the total order value.
If the 10% storage fee is not paid, Nooks and Beyond reserves the right to cancel the order and refrain from issuing a refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued via the original mode of payment and are subject to the terms outlined in this policy. Refunds for manufacturing defects will be processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled prior to dispatch by contacting us at info@nooksandbeyond.com. If the items have already been dispatched, the customer will bear all applicable shipping charges, which will not be refunded.
Customized Products: Orders for customized products cannot be canceled once production has started.
Product Specifications
Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, slight variations in color, texture, or finishing technology may occur between batches or re-orders. Customers placing multiple orders over time should account for these differences.
Important Notes
Inspection at Delivery: Customers must inspect all items upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours; otherwise, Nooks and Beyond will not be liable for defects or damages.
Assembly Assistance: Our delivery team may assist with assembly upon request. If you ask the team to remove the packaging after assembly, this indicates your acceptance of the product, and it will no longer be eligible for return.
Non-Refundable Items: customized items cannot be returned or exchanged after the packaging has been removed.
Damaged & Faulty Returns
Items found to have manufacturing defects can be returned, provided they are in their original condition with all accessories and packaging intact.
If an item is faulty but returned without original packaging, Nooks and Beyond reserves the right to deduct 25% of the product value from the refund.
