Our store is hosted on Woo Commerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • United Arab Emirates is Nooks and Beyond’s country of domicile.
  • Nooks and Beyond accepts payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED. If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment method, then the details on the Customer’s ID (Cardholder’s ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.
  • In case of any disputes, the applicable law would be based on UAE Governing Law.
  • Nooks and Beyond will NOT deal with or provide any products or services to any OFAC-sanctioned countries, in compliance with UAE law.
  • If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.

SECTION 5 – CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS AND RETURNS

  • Customized and made-to-order items are produced specifically to customer specifications and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all customization details, dimensions, and materials are correct at the time of placing the order. Nooks and Beyond cannot be held liable for incorrect specifications provided by the customer.
  • Returns for defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting info@nooksandbeyond.com and providing photographic evidence.
  • All returned items must include the original packaging and accessories. Failure to retain packaging may result in a deduction of up to 25% of the product value from the refund.

SECTION 6 – DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY

  • Delivery Timeframes:
    • On average 3 weeks from day of order confirmation.
  • Delivery Charges:
    • Free delivery for orders above AED 1,000
    • AED 75 for orders below AED 1,000
  • Assembly Services: If assembly services are requested during delivery, this signifies acceptance of the product as delivered in good condition. Assembled items cannot be returned or exchanged.

SECTION 7 – FORCE MAJEURE

Nooks and Beyond shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disputes, natural disasters, or disruptions in transportation.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, and designs, is the property of Nooks and Beyond. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of this content is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 9 – GOVERNING LAW

  • Nooks and Beyond operates under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UAE law.
  • We will NOT provide products or services to OFAC-sanctioned countries.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
